Heather is the owner and founder of Monogram Med Spa. She created a practice that blends medical expertise with genuine, whole-person care. As a dual-certified Nurse Practitioner, she has spent years helping patients improve their health, confidence, and overall well-being. That experience inspired her to create a medical spa dedicated to evidence-based services that help people look and feel their best.
She partners with Mountain Valley Health Care to offer a comprehensive range of treatments that rejuvenate both mind and body, including mesospheric lymphatic massages, advanced body contouring, mental health services, and wellness therapies.
Her goal is to provide a rejuvenating, supportive environment where every client feels cared for, understood, and empowered.
Alissandra is a Nurse Practitioner with nearly four years of experience in the skincare and aesthetic medicine world. Her passion lies in helping people elevate the health of their skin so they can age with grace, confidence, and care. With a deep love for education, she is always learning the newest, safest techniques and treatment philosophies to bring her patients the most thoughtful, effective care possible.

We are in the second building behind the one facing Evelyn Byrd Avenue in Harrisonburg Virginia.
Turn left beside the front building and follow the drive to the back lower level to find the second building. Look for Suite I, near Karen’s Dance Studio and next to Integrity Home Care, across from Shenandoah Chiropractic Care and Primerica. We are in the same suite as Mountain Valley Health Care.
